Title The state of immune system after vaccination of children with allergic diseases
Author Lola Mullaeva
Abstract The problem of assessment and analysis of the immune system for diagnostic purposes in children with allergic diseases during vaccination process is very relevant and scientifically proved issue. Analysis of serological studies of the results of measles vaccination in children with allergic diseases has found 2-fold significantly lower rates of protective antibody titers to this antigen, in comparison with control group. Evaluation of immune disorders has shown immunodeficiency of the 2nd and 3rd degree in cellular and humoral immunity in high rate of surveyed children. Analysis of expression level of CD45 in test-system with MMR vaccine in vitro revealed significant changes of this indicator in children with allergic diseases, in comparison with children without these illnesses.
