Abstract | In this paper the various approaches to improve the innovative processes and project management are outlined and systematized. The main problem of the topic is to classify the ways for the management improvement. Different methods such as TOC, LEAN, 6Sigma, PMI are outlined briefly and compared with each other by their most important parameters. |
